Mineral Insulated

Mineral insulation is a higher thermal insulating material than mica and hard ceramic insulators.  Heaters constructed with mineral insulation have a higher thermal conductivity providing highly efficient heat transference, lowering the resistive element wire temperature and increasing the heater life.
