Description

Watlow EZ-ZONE® | RMC7G7G7GACAAAA

The EZ-ZONE RM controller revolutionizes thermal system management with its versatile integrated controller family, comprising of six module types. These modules include an integrated on-off or PID control module with monitoring and over/under temperature limit control, a high-density on-off or PID control module, a high-density limit-only module, an input/output (I/O) expansion module, a high-density monitor/scanner module, and a data logging and field communications access module. This modular design allows for effortless configuration of the system by connecting any combination of module types to precisely match specific application requirements. With exceptional flexibility and scalability, the EZ-ZONE RM allows for easy mixing and matching of I/O to configure anywhere from 1 to 152 control loops and up to 256 monitor points.

The EZ-ZONE RM controller requires a 24/48vDC power supply, which can be conveniently din rail mounted next to the RMC module.

Equipped with auto-tune capability utilizing Watlow's exclusive TRU-TUNE®+ adaptive algorithm technology, the RMC controller ensures precise control of the process. The controller comes standard with a serial bus communications protocol, and when used with Watlow's free EZ-ZONE® graphical configuration software, it can be easily configured via a laptop or desktop computer, eliminating the need for a remote user interface.
