Description

Watlow EZ-ZONE® | RMC3J5F1J5FAAAA

The EZ-ZONE RM controller streamlines thermal system management with its integrated controller family consisting of six module types. These include an integrated on-off or PID control module with monitoring and over/under temperature limit control, a high-density on-off or PID control module, a high-density limit-only module, an input/output (I/O) expansion module, a high-density monitor/scanner module, and a data logging and field communications access module. This allows for easy configuration of a system by connecting any combination of module types to suit specific application requirements. The EZ-ZONE RM offers exceptional flexibility and scalability, enabling the mixing and matching of I/O to configure anywhere from 1 to 152 control loops and up to 256 monitor points.

A required 24/48vDC power supply can be din rail mounted next to the RMC module. 

A process controller that uses auto-tune capability. Utilizing Watlow's exclusive TRU-TUNE®+ adaptive algorithm technology. Serial bus communications protocol comes standard and when used with Watlow's free EZ-ZONE® graphical configuration software. The RMC controller can be conveniently configured via a laptop or desktop computer instead of using a remote user interface which can also be used to configure or monitor the RMC controller.
