Slide 40810 Econo-Spray® 3 Mold Release contains a highly effective non-silicone release in a non-chlorinated solvent carrier system. This product is highly paintable, and will permit ultra-sonic welding of molded parts. It affords excellent release of all thermoplastics.
Slide 40710 Econo-Spray® 2 is a mold release agent is paintable in a non-chlorinated solvent carrier system. It permits post-decorating of molded parts without prior cleaning. Maximum operating temperature 343°c (650°F).
Slide 42510 protect against corrosive flame-retardant and pvc vapors. mold saver neutralizes corrosive vapors while providing a thin, effective lubricating layer for a clean release. Spray Mold Saver into the cavity regularly while molding to prevent mold deposits from forming and attacking the mold.
Slide 42712N is great for molding electronic parts! Electronic mold release, with its paintable, non-silicone formulation, was developed specifically to not interfere with the electronic properties of molded electronic parts. It gives you the release you need to maximize productivity with the need for post-mold cleaning of parts.
Slide 41612N Contains the same High-Quality Ingredients as premium Silicone Release except formulated to be used for light duty applications. For hard to release parts use no.40112N Silicone Release. Maximum Operating Temperature: 600°F. Available in aerosol cans as well as liquid containers.
Slide 44812E Quick Lecithin Medium Duty Mold Release imparts a smooth, dry film so you can begin production immediately. Lecithin is food-approved and paintable. non-silicone formula will not interfere with part bonding, heat sealing, laminating, ultrasonic welding or post-decorating.
Slide 41012N is a dry, light, water-repellent powder, zinc stearate is economical to use and gives better finishes. Use it for polycarbonates, polypropylenes, polysulfones and rubber molding. Compatible with oil-based paints, its formulation results in fewer rejects and lower production costs.
Slide 45414 Thermoset Release is made with synthetic carnauba wax, the most effective formulation for molded thermoset plastics, rubber and similar materials. it stops parts from sticking, maximizing your productivity. it is ideal for injection, compression and transfer molding.
Slide 44612E Quick Silicone Mold Release is ideal for parts that are a little more challenging. It dries quickly and imparts a smooth, dry film so you can start molding immediately. Quick Silicone is food-approved for food machinery.
Slide 40012N economical paintable mold release requires no special cleaning. It will not interfere with part bonding, heat sealing, laminating, ultrasonic welding or post-decorating operations. You get perfect finishes every time & more cycles per can over other comparable releases.
Slide 46612N Knock Out Mold Release is the release that works where other releases have failed. It gets “sticky parts” cleanly out of the mold and is approved for indirect food contact. Knock Out Mold Release imparts a light, dry coating that is amazingly effective, working for several cycles without re-application.
Slide 54912 an ideal lubricant for the front half of ejector pins, this almost dry lubricant minimizes the possibility of leaching out onto molded parts. Use in combination with super grease on back side of ejector pins. Stable at temperatures up to 450°f.
Slide 44712E Quick Paintable Medium Duty Mold Release imparts a smooth, dry film, drying quickly so you can start molding immediately. Paintable Release Oil will not interfere with part bonding, heat sealing, laminating, ultrasonic welding or post-decorating.
Slide 45712N Pure Eze is a white, oil-based, food-approved release that is ideal for medical & food applications. Use pure eze with all thermoplastic resins, polyolefins, polycarbonates, rubber & some epoxies. It's colorless, odorless, tasteless and will not change color over time. Available in aerosol cans as well as in liquid containers.
Slide 43512N LMR® is a non-silicone, fully paintable mold release. It's non-crazing and will not interfere with part bonding, heat sealing, laminating, ultrasonic welding or post-decorating. there is no build up on mold surfaces and minimal migration. Available in aerosol cans as well as liquid containers.
Slide 40112N Silicone Heavy Duty Mold Release gets more cycles per spray with more cycles per can. With Slide’s silicone high-quality, Pure Silicone-Oil Mold Release. Keeps the most challenging parts from hanging up & stalling production. Extremely effective for Injection & Compression Molding. Available in aerosol cans as well as in liquid containers.
Slide 41412N Polycarbonate Mold Release. Specially developed for Polycarbonate Resins, it will not interfere with part bonding, heat sealing, laminating, ultrasonic welding or post-decorating. Approved by Sabic for use with Lexan* Resin.
Slide 41212N Water Soluble Release permits complete cleaning of molded parts. In most cases this release need not be removed prior to painting, hot-stamping or plating; testing is recommended. Antistatic properties reduce dirt pick-up on molded parts.
Slide 42612H is a broad universal heavy duty mold release that can be used on all thermoplastics, including sensitive plastics.
