      How to effectively use Mold Release

      How to effectvely use Mold Release to maximize productivity,

      When applying mold release, hold the can 6" - 8" from the surface of the mold & spray in a sweeping motion coving all parts of the mold evenly. You can also apply Slide 4102N directly onto the areas with sticking issues.

        What does NSF stand for?
        National Sanitation Foundation (NSF International). A non-profit organization assisting in developing public health standards and providing a certification program for non-food compounds as safe chemical products for use in food and beverage processing facilities. Manufacturers who register their formulations with the NSF provide users with an independent third party review that validates the safety and non-toxic properties of their product for their intended use.

        What is NSF category M1?
        NSF M1 is a classification of registered mold release agents that have passed a thorough toxicology assessment and are considered acceptable for use on molds and will not adhere to the finished products that that may come in contact with food.
